The End is Near: Hiroshi Sugimoto's 'Extinction Photos'

Contemporary artist Hiroshi Sugimoto's major exhibition 'Extinction Photos' is currently on display at the National Museum of Modern Art in Tokyo until September 13. This is the first photo-centric exhibition in a Japanese museum in 21 years, featuring around 60 works created from the late 1970s to the present, exploring the fragile relationship between humanity and nature.
