A short WhatsApp video call confirms the shopper is in Japan; a manual review then issues the ✓ Verified badge. Michi collects no government documents — ✓ Verified is an internal review, not a legal guarantee.
How are proxy shopping fees calculated?+
Item + service fee (10–20% or ¥500 flat) + Japan domestic + international freight + import duty. See the pricing guide for worked examples.
What if I get scammed?+
Keep chat + payment screenshots, file a PayPal / card chargeback, then report it at Michi /disputes. If they’re a registered Michi shopper, we can revoke their ✓ Verified status once confirmed.
