It's completely free and never expires. No monthly fee and no pay-per-contact — members view shopper contacts for free.
Is there a limit on unlocking shopper contacts?
To prevent bulk data scraping, each member can unlock up to 30 shoppers. Normal use rarely comes close; if you genuinely need more, email hello@michiproject.com.
How does Michi make money?
Revenue comes from Michi Shipping, our Japan→UK forwarding service. The platform that connects shoppers and buyers is free, and Michi takes no commission on your transaction with a shopper.
Which regions can register as members?
Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, the UK, the US, Canada and Australia.
Where does shipping deliver?
The UK only for now, delivered by InPost to a locker or your customer's address. Other regions will open later.
