Confirm with your customer which InPost locker they want and enter its ID
Find an InPost locker →Box size (up to 15kg — this only sets the bulk/dimensions)
Each box is charged independently, InPost fee included. If your goods exceed Large or 15kg, submit separate applications.
The Japan → UK forwarding fee is billed on this weight, independent of box size — £25.30 for the first 2lb, then +£10.35 per additional lb (this doesn't include the InPost fee or Michi handling fee — see the total below). If your goods are very bulky but light, the actual charge may be based on volumetric weight instead (which can be higher); we'll let you know if that changes the total.
Outbound tracking (required)
Enter the carrier and tracking number for the parcel you post to our Japan warehouse, so we can match it against your application.
Item list
⚠️ Some items cannot be shipped to the UK (e.g. alcohol, live animals/plants, compressed gas, chargeable lithium batteries, food containing meat, and other prohibited/restricted goods). Check before you post — we will refuse any such item on arrival.
Please declare each item's name, quantity and unit price honestly — this is what customs declarations and the £135 import-tax check are based on. Under- or over-declaring will cause problems at customs and with any claim.
Label before you post
Once paid, we'll send you a seller code and this order's shipping number. You can post several of this batch's orders together in one outer box or bag to the Japan warehouse to save on that leg's postage — but bundle each order's items separately inside (e.g. its own poly bag) and write that order's seller code / shipping number pair on the bundle, so we can sort them correctly and forward each as its own parcel to InPost. An unlabelled or mixed-together order will be delayed.
💡 Tell your customer about our two-week shipping schedule — bundling their order into the same batch as others saves them on shipping.
