Starbucks Launches 'Forest Starbucks' Project Using Unutilized Thinning Wood

Starbucks Coffee Japan has launched a new environmental initiative called the 'Forest Starbucks Project' in Minakami, Gunma Prefecture. This project builds on a partnership agreement signed in April 2025 aimed at fostering rich forests and communities, focusing on utilizing unutilized thinning wood as building materials, employee environmental education, and creating a resource recycling system connecting stores and forests.
