Total = ① Japan → UK forwarding fee + ② InPost delivery fee + ③ Michi handling fee. All three are shown separately below and added together — never bundled into one opaque number.

Formula: £25.30 for the first 2lb, then +£10.35 per additional lb — add ② and ③ below to get your total. Based on the declared actual weight; if goods are very bulky but light, we may charge by volumetric weight instead (which can be higher than actual) — we'll let you know if that changes your total.

InPost fee and Michi handling fee are charged per box, since InPost bills us per parcel. If one order's goods need more than a Large box or 15kg, submit separate applications: each box gets its own shipping number, InPost fee, handling fee and forwarding fee, but can share the same seller code.
A declared value of £135 or more is charged UK import duty + VAT at customs. Split the shipment, or acknowledge the risk when you apply.
